The recruitment exam aims to fill 2006 vacancies across various government departments in India.  While the examination will be conducted in multiple shifts to accommodate all candidates, details such as the specific shift timings and the exact location of the exam center will be provided on the admit card.  

While the recruitment process comprises two stages, the first stage is a Computer-Based Examination (CBE). In the CBE, candidates are tested on general awareness, reasoning skills, and English language proficiency through multiple-choice questions. Candidates, who qualify in the CBE, will proceed to the second stage, the Stenography Skill Test. The test evaluates a candidate’s ability to transcribe dictated content at a specific speed, a critical skill for stenographer roles.
