According to the official notice, “Candidates who wish to raise objections regarding the questions or the provisional answer key(s) may do so through the designated portal created for this purpose. The objection submission portal will open at 4:00 PM on 2nd December 2024 and will close automatically at 4:00 PM on 3rd December 2024.”
CLAT 2025 was conducted on 1 December in a single shift i.e. from 2 to 4 pm (2 to 4:40 pm for PwD candidates). As per CNLUs, the exam was conducted seamlessly across 141 centers in 25 states and 4 Union Territories. “The exam witnessed an unprecedented participation rate, with 96.36% of Undergraduate applicants and 92.13% of Postgraduate applicants appearing for the test,” the official notification stated.
The candidates may note that this answer key is provisional in nature so, the candidates can challenge the same if required. They will have to pay Rs 1,000 as fee per objection raised. If the objections raised against the CLAT 2025 answer key are found to be valid, the objection fees will be refunded to the candidates. Objections submitted through other methods will not be considered.
After reviewing all objections, the Consortium of NLUs will release the final CLAT 2025 answer key on 9 December 2024. The final answer key will be prepared on the basis of the final answer key. The result for the same is expected to be released on 10 December 2024.
After the declaration of the final results, the consortium will conduct admission counselling for the eligible candidates in five rounds, with the first round of registration will be commenced on 11 December 2024. Around 96.36% of undergraduate and 2.13% of postgraduate candidates appeared for the exam.
