Cyclone Dana Update: Odisha Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2023-24 Cancelled: Odisha Civil Services Preliminary Examination – 2023-24, earlier scheduled to be held on October 27, had postponed in view of the impending cyclonic storm Dana. The next date for the exam will be notified after 7 days, according to Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC).

OCS Preliminary Examination-2023 Postponed Due To Cyclone: Here is what official notification says
“In view of the impending cyclonic storm “DANA”, the OCS Preliminary Examination-2023, pursuant to Advt. No. 20 of 2023-24 scheduled to be held on 27.10.2024 is hereby postponed. The next date of OCS Preliminary examination- 2023 shall be notified after 07 days.
The candidates are advised to visit the website of the Commission at http://opsc.gov.in for further information,” read the official notification.

OCS Preliminary Examination-2023 Postponed Due To Cyclone: Steps to download official notification

Step 1: Visit the official website (opsc.gov.in).

Step 2: Go to the What’s New section.

Step 3: Click on the “Postponement Notice – OCS Preliminary examination 2023 (Advt. No. 20 of 2023-24)” link.

Step 4: Downoad the OCS Preliminary Examination-2023 Postponed notification. 

Step 5: Take a printout for future reference.
