The candidates may note that the application window for this exam will remain open till 27 January 2025. The recruitment drive will fill 65 ADO vacancies. The position offers an attractive Pay Band Level 16, with a salary range from Rs. 48,700 to Rs. 1,54,300.
To participate in this recruitment drive, the age of the candidate must not be more than 45 years. However, reserved category candidates, such as SC, ST, OBC, PWD, and WFF from Himachal Pradesh, get a 5-year relaxation. Ex-servicemen are also eligible for age relaxation as per government rules.
HPPSC ADO Registration 2024: Selection process
The selection process for the ADO position is designed to identify the most suitable candidates through a series of well-structured stages. It begins with a screening test, conducted either online or offline, featuring objective-type questions.
This test assesses candidates’ general knowledge, with a focus on topics related to Himachal Pradesh as well as national and international affairs. It also evaluates basic language skills in English and Hindi.

- Ex-Servicemen of H.P. completing normal tenure- No Fee
- Female Candidates- No Fee
B.Sc.(Agr.) under four years Programme and M.Sc.(Agr.) 2nd class from a College/University recognized by the State/Central Government / ICAR.

- Register yourself and fill out the application form.
- Pay the required fees and click on submit.
- At last click on submit and save the confirmation page.
