Karnataka DCET 2024 Counselling Seat Allotment Update: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has started the seat allotment round for the Diploma Common Entrance Test (DCET) 2024 from September 18. Candidates, can now fill in their seat preference from DCET’s official website (cetonline.karnataka.gov.in). 

Candidates should note that the seat allotment results for the DCET 2024 counselling will be declared on September 21, after 4 pm. According to official notice, candidates who have not been allotted seats in the first and second rounds of DCET 2024 counselling are eligible to participate in the seat allotment round. It should be mentioned that candidates, who were allotted seats in the first or second round of counselling, paid the fees and later cancelled their admission, will not be considered for the seat allotment round.

DCET 2024 Counselling: Schedule 

Events and Dates

Option entry by eligible candidates – fresh option entry starts: September 18 (4 pm)

Option entry by eligible candidates – fresh option entry ends: September 20 (11:59 pm)

Publication of seat allotment results: September 21 (after 4 pm)

Payment of fees & downloading of admission orders starts: September 23

Payment of fees & downloading of admission orders ends: September 29

Last date for reporting to the colleges: September 25

DCET 2024 Counselling: Required document

The documents requred for DCET 2024 counselling include Copy of DCET 2024 application form DCET 2024 admission ticket, SSLC, Class 10 equivalent scorecards, diploma or equivalent scorecards for all years, study certificate, two recent passport-size coloured photographs, diploma scorecard of all the semesters, original copy of the challan (application fee payment), rural study certificate (students claiming rural category reservation), Kannada medium study certificate (for candidates claiming Kannada medium quota) and caste and income certificates (if applicable).
