UP TET Notification update: The Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UP TET) notification will soon, according to media reports. However, official notification in connection with UP TET Notification release date is awaited. Once released, candidates will be able to download  UP TET 2024 from the official webiste (updeled.gov.in).Â
According to media reports, UPTET Application Form 2024 will be released soon by the UP Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC), on behalf of the UPBEB, on the official website after the release of the official notification.
UP TET is a state-level exam organised once a year for candidates who wish to be eligible for Classes 1 to 5 and Upper Primary from Classes 6-8 level teachers in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
UP TET Notification: Steps to download online
Step 1: Visit the official website (updeled.gov.in).
Step 2: Go to the UP TET Notification option (link not yet active).
Step 3: Click on the notification link (when active)
Step 4: Download the notification and save it for future reference. Â

UP TET 2024: Eligibility Criteria
Prior to filling up the application form, candidates must thoroughly read the eligibility criteria. The criteria will vary for Paper I and Paper II, which will be detailed in the official notification. The eligibility requirements based on the previous year are outlined as follows:
Age Limit
Applicants for UP TET 2024 must be at least 18 years old to qualify for the examination. There is no upper age restriction for those wishing to apply for the UPTET exam.
Educational qualification
The educational qualifications for Paper I and Paper II differ. Candidates are advised to refer to the official notification once it is released for specific details. The UPESSC conducts the UPTET in two sessions for the two papers, namely Papers 1 and 2. UPTET Paper 1 is intended for individuals aspiring to teach Classes 1-5, while UPTET Paper 2 is aimed at those who wish to instruct Classes 6 to 8.
